Ein Gedicht - eure Meinung ?

Merry-Go-Round

Upon the wooden stallion

With glassy eyes of blue

And braided mane

I fly

Up and down

Round and round

Spinning,

Whirling,

Never to feel the wind of freedom,

Or gallp on open plain,

Never to canter,

Trot,

Or walk,

At the Master’s wishes

Many laughs,

Lights,

Colors,

Music,

But no freedom of choice

My course,

Predetermined,

No need to worry,

Or hold the reins,

For we are being led,

Up and down,

Round and round,

Spinning,

Whirling.

Many wait in line,

To take my horse,

And to steal my breath,

Slowly,

Colors fade,

Music slows,

Motion Stopps,

Time to get off.

Dieses Gedicht hab ich in einem alten Highschool Yearbook von meinem Vater gefunden, was haltet ihr davon ?

Steven Sidel ging nach der Highschool übrigens zuerst an die Brown University und danach an die Harvard Law School und ist inzwischen der Chef der Firma Edline mit Sitz in Washington.
